Service and eligibility
Telepathy Memo by JC Studio offers personal handwriting and multiple shared memo rooms. A room holds 2–10 people including its creator; saving starts when two people have joined. Each room has a single shared canvas, and every member can replace it. No login or cross-device account recovery is offered. By using the app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher local age or parental-permission requirement.
Your content and connection
You retain rights to your notes and grant only the permission necessary to store, transmit and display them. Share only content you have the right to share. Keep invitation codes private. Members may overwrite the shared drawing; the app asks before saving over a newer revision but does not provide version history or recovery. Rooms and their notes are destroyed after seven days without a successful save. There is no member-kicking or ownership-transfer feature. Leaving or losing an installation/session does not delete other members' room or let them remove an unreachable member. You may create another room. Members can keep external copies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for illegal content, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, unsolicited spam, access to another person’s data, or attacks on the service. We may restrict misuse where necessary and proportionate, subject to applicable law.
Availability and limits
The app is not an emergency, medical, safety or guaranteed-delivery service. Network conditions, battery limits, forced stops and device support can delay or prevent updates and cleanup. A saved status is not a read receipt. Important information should not rely on an expiring room as its only copy. Notes are not end-to-end encrypted. Widget support depends on the released native build. The Play link enables installation only when the app is released and available to that recipient.
Price, ending use and rights
Shared rooms are free, with no product limit on how many rooms you create or join; per-room capacity, expiry, security and abuse limits still apply. Telepathy Memo Plus removes ads. Plus is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. The Korean launch price is KRW 1,900 per month; the purchase screen shows the binding local price, taxes and billing period. Payment is charged by Google Play, renews unless canceled under Play's deadline, and can be managed or canceled in Play subscriptions. Deleting app data does not cancel it. Restore Purchase checks the current store account. Refunds, price changes and consumer rights follow Google Play and applicable law. Digital features delivered immediately upon payment may not be withdrawn once you have started using them, as provided in Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; however, we will refund you if a feature is not provided properly or differs from its description. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in our privacy and deletion pages. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose.
Changes and contact
