Service and eligibility
Telepathy Memo by JC Studio lets you keep handwritten notes and exchange them with one connected person, with supported device widgets. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Do not use it if you disagree. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age/permission requirement in your location.
Your content and connection
You retain rights to your notes and grant only the permission necessary to store, transmit and display them for the service. Share only content you have the right to share. Keep recovery information and invitations private. A connected person may keep screenshots or other copies. Disconnect if you no longer want to exchange notes; support can help with misuse reports.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for illegal content, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, unsolicited spam, access to another person’s data, or attacks on the service. We may restrict misuse where necessary and proportionate, subject to applicable law.
Availability and limits
The app is not an emergency, medical, safety or guaranteed-delivery service. Network conditions, battery limits, forced stops and device support can delay or prevent delivery. A sent status is not a read receipt. Keep a separate backup of information you cannot lose. Notes are not end-to-end encrypted. Availability of email recovery, widgets and platforms depends on the released version and configuration.
Price, ending use and rights
The current version has no in-app purchases. Any future paid feature will show its terms and price before purchase. You may stop using the service, disconnect and request deletion as described in our privacy and deletion pages. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies required by your local law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose.
Changes and contact
